Where we work
We are based at the MRC Laboratory of Medical Sciences (LMS) on the Hammersmith Hospital campus in west London, with access to the institute's core facilities.
We are always looking for creative, curious, and motivated researchers at all career stages (undergrads to postdocs), who are excited about developing technologies and applying them to understand tissue biology.
We also want to hear from clinicians at all stages (from newly qualified doctor to consultant) who want to get involved in research. The LMS Chain Florey clinician scientist programme offers fellowships at every career stage, combining research training with clinical work.
We believe that curiosity about how things work is essential to good science, and that creativity is what lets us build the new technologies needed to answer the questions we care most about.
We strive to maintain a collaborative environment built on mutual respect. We look for motivated researchers who are engaged with the scientific questions that drive them and are excited about working with others.
We want everyone in the lab to grow as scientists and as people. We provide mentorship at every level and actively support training opportunities for all lab members.
